Hi, its been 6+ yrs we have been married and recently my wife had gone through icsi process for pregnancy but no luck. Before icsi my wife have been through hystero laproscopy to get the POSC cleaned and has been found that tubes are closed.so we went with icsi.please suggest options for my wife's getting pregnant
