My HSG scan results indicate that I have mild terminal bilateral hydrosalpinx. What does this mean

Terminal bilateral hydrosalpinx can many a times be due to spasm due to pain. U need to do a laproscopic chromopertubation to confirm and at the same time opening the tubes can be tried as well.
