  4. Infertility issue. Get mine inside her?

I got married in 2015. Since then trying for kids. I am releasing sperm, but it's not getting inside my wife's genital. Instead it is coming out. I am cluless. I also tried applying gell. Still same result. I feel like I am not able to completely get my thing inside her. Any tight vagina issue or am I failing to get mine inside her ? It's really effecting my personal life. My sperm test results came positive. My wife gone through laproscopy. No issues. Any possible solution.
