I suffered pcod now am taking diet and exercise but my ovulation process is not good. I took follicular study every month I don't have a egg growth.so how to improve my egg quality and egg growth.i coinceved 3months back. I took egg growth tablets and rupture injection.But baby don't have a growth and heartbeat.so kindly suggest me how to naturally consive
