I sometimes feel a very severe pain which starts from back and ends with stomach ache. It lasts for not more than 4-5 minutes and recently during my follicular study (non-induced) on 12th day i discovered moderate free fluid and the egg size was 7mm and 10mm not sure pre or post rupture as i am not aware of the egg size on 11th. Does free fluid stops the egg from growing? Ultrasounds before have either showed the right size of egg or the size increases (induced cycles) and always reflect mild fluid in POD. What does this mean? Does it affect chances of conception? I have also been reported with high prolactin levels in few cycles.
