Many times what is reported as bicornuate Uterus is actually just a septum dividing the uterine cavity.
Get a 3D usg pelvis or a MRI of the pelvis to confirm that you are actually having a bicornuate Uterus & then inform me the reports.
Laparoscopy - hysteroscopy is the gold standard for the diagnosis.
