Infertility by pcos
After one abortion 2 year ago hard to get pregnant again using clomide, hmg, hcg ovulation occurs but no conceiving even my periods depend on this without treatment no periods come I have pcos please give me solution what step I took next for success ( both of us all result are normal hsg are normal)
You try with Letrozole for Ovulation Induction. It gives fairly good results in PCOS pts. What is your LH level? In women with High LH levels; Laparoscopic Ovarian Drilling gives good results. I hope you worked on all your lifestyle modifications
