I have recently noticed white spots (little buldge over my penis skin. They dont itch and no pain. Small white dots 3 4 together buldged over 2 3 places over penis skin. What it is and what is the cure. Had unprotected sex  but partner didnt had any infection as such. Attached pictures.. Plz help thank u
