There is some kind of infection on lips and it's surrounding area . Upper lip has swelled lightly .Few small small blisters have appeared on both upper and lower lips which are visible when they are dry , when water is applied they appear pink . it has happened once last year , it automatically got fixed after 1-2 weeks . Is it serious ?What should be applied on it ?
