Infection on inner thighs and on buttock
Dear dr.
I have this two infection from two three months
I try itchgaurd it helps for that for small period then it again comes.Nowdays the inner thigh and pennis skin become dark black colour its not before like this.And he buttock (bumm) skin is also infected ,rashes on it .and its skin colour is also dark from while it infected

Hi..I am Dr Shruti Ghadgepatil, first of all stop applying itchgaurd immediately. Your fungal infection can be treated completely with the following treatment but will take a bit longer for complete cure. Start tab Tyza 250 mg once a day for 14 days, apply onabet cream twice daily on the lesions, tablet cetirizine at night for 14 days.

Try keep yourself dry.If you sweat a lot take bath twice a day, pat urself dry n wear clean and dry undergarments.Avoid tight , synthetic clothes.
