Earlier using an ointment which i apply regularly once in a week. But i feel no improvement so one of the doctors suggested me to use cetaphil DAM lotion So i want to ask is this lotion safe from any side effects Can i use it like other lotions like ponds moisturisor wheather i should use it daily or for limited time
