Since one week, I am having itching sensation and burning sensation near vaginal and anus area. Then two portions got swollen and it is paining. What do I do? Is it serious?

You should do Sitz Bath (Hot water tub bath) and apply coconut oil or some soothing ointment twice daily. That should help you.
