Infection in vaginal(Uterus)

Hi, My wife is now 5weeks & 3 days pregnant. Today we met gynaecologist for health and scanning. While doctor examined in vagina he found infection and milky white discharge. Doctor suggested to use "Clingel Forte" tablet to control infection. Is it safe to use "Clingel Forte" in early pregnancy. We are very much worried about baby. Could anyone confirm that this tablet does has any harms to our baby growth. Doctor said that may be because of this infection our last pregnancy got aborted(our last pregnancy got aborted) during 5 months. Thank you so much in advance

This tablet is very safe . Since abortion happened last time at 5 months . It’s all the more essential to treat the infection . Also get her blood sugars tested That is oral glucose tolerance test
