I can feel very small bumps inside my vagina lips and it is itching also. I did have unprotected sex a week back, is it because of that?

Yes it could be because of that.probably you have acquired some infection. Take tab azee 1gm together along with tab rantac 150 mg. If no relief consult a gynaecologist for examination.
