Infection around Burn

13 days ago I'd a 2nd degree burn from a silencer, it got a bacterial infection after a few days, I've been taking antibiotics from them, about 6 days ago a small rash developed and the skin around the burn became slightly red, the doctor said it's an allergy through savlon and gave me 5 day medication along with daily dressing, the burn has almost healed with new skin but around the burn the skin has become severely red with dark bumps filled with red pus, there is no pain and only little itchiness. Please suggest something because the medication has not made it better. My medication included - Silverex, Augmentin 625, Bevon, Zerodol-Sp,  Pantop 40 and Allegra 120

Stop all this. It is fungal infection and now it has become irritated. If not treated it will cause permanent scarring.
