Hi, A detailed history and investigations are required to confirm diagnosis of typhoid. Ideally you should take Tab. Cefixime 400mg twice daily for 14 days. Or.. Inj. Ceftriaxone 2 gm twice daily. If you can share all your details would be able to guide you better.
