Can I take aciloc 150mg before meals two times with digene syrup after meals. Which is better PANTOCID 40mg or ranitidine in indigestion.

Hello..Well both are antacids only...If you are rantac ..You need to take them twice a day 39 min before food and it is also prices less..And coming to pantop..It's has to be taken once a day before food ...Hope am clear enough...Thank you
