After eating food feeling it's not digest till evening and night.. feeling like vomitting sometimes. Feeling acidity after eating anything anytime.. Last diagnost fetty lever stage 1. Please suggest to test report or to diagnose cause behind that. Thank you doctors in advance.🙏
