My sgpt level wass incresed to 147at 20 december after prescribing dr my sgpt came to77 but till now gas pr9blem persist and doing hevy work causes jild pain in my liver

Weight Loss. Avoid Alcohol and any other drugs. Small frequent meals. Diet rich in Fruits and Salads. Avoid oily and Fried food.
