Increasing weight, tiredness, fatigue

I have been facing this problem for a while now. I have done all the recommended blood tests. I feel tired all the time, loss of energy, fatigue & I sweat a lot even in AC. I also have skin infection for which I was recommended G6PD and HBA1c blood tests. Please help
