I have 18 millios sperm count.. motility 30% ... my doctor suggest himalaya spemen, siphene m, lycostar new tablets for me... is this tablets are useful ah ... and I am also taking fruits nuts etc... in this medicine possible to increasing my sperm count and motility ah.. please give me suggestion doctor
