In 19 week HB was 10.8 .Doctor asked to raise it above 12.Increased the iron dose livogen xt to twice a day and also prescribed albendazole 400mg single shot.I also started taking 2 dates daily 1 orange and kiwi daily during iron tablet intake  and minimum one serve of palak daily.Still HB is 11.1 only in 24 week.What other things can i do in diet to increase HB
