Increasing depression

I am facing following symptoms from 25th of March: Overthinking, weakness, negative thoughts, feel like dying, breakdown, crying, sadness, Restless feet, Sleep problem. Description: It was the night of 25 March when I started overthinking due to some reasons ,when atlast unable to control my emotions fell on my feet ,that was the feeling of emergence and I thought that I will die soon , meanwhile recollected myself and then severe headache started and I hardly fell asleep then. Then I started taking Clonazepam tablets recommend by my doctor. I felt better then and took it for a few days. Things were in my control from then. I am facing following symptoms from last week of May: Oversensitivity, overthinking, vulnerability, weakness, negative thoughts, breaking down in tears,restless feet ,sleep problem, sadness. Description: I stopped my medicine Flunil 10mg from 25 of April. After that I felt normal  past few days I have again developed the same symptoms.

Maam, Flunil 10 is very low dose, u have to escalate the dose. Your symptoms suggestive of Depressive disorder. U need to continue an ssri for atleast 6 months to get rid of 1 episode of depression.

Hi , you need to consult your psychiatrist for these symptoms . You need to be started again on treatment for this illness .However if it is not possible for you to connect to your psychiatrist , you may restart Flunil . Start with 10 mg for first week and then increase to 20 mg till you can arrange a consultation.You can take clonazepam 0.5 mg for ten to fifteen days along with flunil.
