During my pregnancy I had thyroid I was advised to take 50mg thyronorm tablet . After delivery,it's beings 5 months my T4 has reduced so I was taking 25mg from last two months... Now 2 days back had test now my TSH value has increased to 150...please help how to overcome this problem

The dose of thyroxin should be adjusted based on TSH report not T4 value. For now increase the dose to 100 microgram and repeat TSH after 6 weeks
