My blood report has shown Increased TSH 28.77uIU/ml as against a normal of 0.3-5.0 I am taking 100 MCG thyronorm tablet 4 times a week Kindly suggest the treatment I am inaccessible to specialist doctors right now.

You can increase  it to 5 times a week and check TSH after 2 weeks.
