Increased Liver and Pancreas parameters
We had a general blood test done for my brother as art of yearly checkup and got the results which shows increased levels of liver and pancreas parameters. What can be the reason and what should be the next step ? Results shown in image attached.
Mild liver enzyme elevation (AST/ALT), which can occur in early stages of fatty liver disease or metabolic changes
Slightly elevated indirect bilirubin, which could indicate Gilbert's syndrome - a harmless inherited condition affecting bilirubin processing
