She had a minor heartattack due to increased heart beats exceeded upto 250 . enjyography was done and no blockage was found. Heart beats are continuesly staying high even after medication , doctors have suggested medications, however is any surgery needed? Can pacemaker reduce heartbeats ?

Hello pacemaker does not reduce heart rate it increases heart rate to maintain rate in normal range Ventricular tachycardia should  be ruled out consult cardiologist and physician for further evaluation and treatment.
