I am 34 year old male, wight 100jg vs height 175cm.My creatinine us 1.25 and eGFR is 75.Kindly guide me if treatment is required

Are you a duabetic or hyoertensive? Just repeat creatinine after 1 week. Are you having any symptoms like facial oedema, shortness of breath etc?
