After going through routine medical checks, I noticed USG report shows Mild Hepatomegaly with mild fatty liver & Increased cortical echotexture in left kidney. Also my SGPT is 75. HDL 34 and LDL 110, Triglycerides 176. Is a a grave risk or how can these be treated?
