Hi. Pulse rate going up in fever is a normal physiological response of the body. Fever is part of the immunological response to the vaccine. In simple terms indicates that the vaccine is doing it's work, stimulating and modifying your immunity. Take plain paracetamol for fever.
Next Steps
If your fever doesn't subside in 2-3 days or you get other symptoms like rash or breathlessness then consult a doctor.
Health Tips
Fevere is a common after effect of the vaccine along with some headache and bodyache all of which subside in 48hrs

This is a normal response of vaccine. Take paracetamol tablet as needed for fever. It will improve in a day or two. Consult a doctor if your symptoms persists beyond 2 days.
