My baby is 3 months old.. and my milk is not sufficient, iam trying to feed her formula milk..but she is not drinking. She is feeding for long time on my milk and still she is cranky.. How to increase milk production.. iam taking galact powder twice a day with warm water.

Keep feeding regularly, feeding o. Breast itself increases milk. Pyschological stress while feeding reduces milk output.
