I was taking herbalife for a month and I did my blood works. PCV : 50.6 RBC : 5.7 RDW CV: 16.2 RDW SD: 52.50 ESR : 14 How to reduce these levels to normal? I also have chest pains which comes and goes. Please help

Drink plenty of liquids daily 2-3 liters Walk regularly 3-4 kms brisk Low fat diet Stop herbalife,  it's supplements are not good for health
