Increase in Bile Acids

My bile acids increased during pregnancy up to level of 23. Now I redone the test after 45 days of delivery now also bile acids are at level of 14. Shall I wait for sometime more for test redone or shall I need to investigate more. After how many days of delivery biles are back to normal?
