Hi I have been done my blood checkup and found HDL-CHOLESTEROL is low and in under liver pannel SGOT(AST) IS high HDL cholesterol is 36.2 SGOT (AST) is 59.7 Please consult me

Hdl is normal.keep plane bland diet ,no medicines needed,if problem does not increase,may take syrup for liver.
