I have been facing sudden and frequent urges to urinate and often resulting in leakage. I wake up constantly at night to urinate and am not able to control my bladder. I have hypothyroid.

Hello.. Well we need to evaluate you for the cause of sudden incontinence of bladder...is there any associated symptoms like burning sensation or pain while passing urine.? Few causes of incontinence would be uti,any uterine pressure conditions,stress incontinence, neurogenic bladder or any trauma..its better you consult a urologist for evaluation
