Inconsistent fever

I assume may be due to some food poison i am getting fever irregularly for 10-30mins for past 3 days.Bowel process is not proper during this period of time.Consuming dolo and fever is going off.I want to ensure that the infection is totally uprooted.Help me in this regard.

Tablet vizylac 3 times a day, tablet rifastop 200 twice a day, ct crocin if fever persist, feel free to consult further
