In ECG having a incomplete right bundle branch block and echo is normal,what should I do now?? Is there anything to be alarming?

Right bundle branch block that too incomplete is a common finding which may or may not be associated with any heart disease. If Echo findings are normal need not worry just keep observation and no treatment is required.
