  4. Incomplete report. Anything wrong?

According to unit it is saying i am not pregnant but a line is confusing me..that is..next there is written sharp reduce or fall of serum may indicate abnormal pregnancy...or may be appropriate..i want to know the full line meaning.Is this indicating anything wrong?
