What are the sign and symtoms of incomplete abortion? After 3 week of abortion I am having light brown bleeding and brown discharge without foul smell or pain.. Is My body naturally throwing out the retained product??

Symptoms- Pain Abdomen, continued bleeding. Signs ( diagnosed by a doctor ) - bulky uterus , open cervical os ( opening of uterus ) presence of products of conception in vaginal canal or cervix . Brown discharge is the colour of old blood .
