I had an incomplete abortion by medication in the later half of June 2017 and have been bleeding off and on since then. I have recently got a sonography done which states that I have some dead particles of the conception still left in the uterus. My gynae has suggested a D&C to clean me up. I want to know if elimination of the left over particles is still possible via medication or is D&C mandatory in my case since it has already been more than two months since the first procedure. TIA.
