Incomplete abortion and ovarian cyst

Came to know with recent medical checkup as I have right ovarian 6*5 cm. It has been identified after abortion in scan report. I am looking natural remedy to refrain from ovarian cyst and few chips left in stomach after abortion. Scaring about to go surgery due to small kids as well as leaves problem
