How can I find the best intensive care for my next pregnancy with Incompetent Cervix. Lost one at 25 weeks due to the same, with emergency TVC (McDonalds) put at 21 weeks. Had my first period post the loss delivery. What tests should I get done before trying again and what is the best way forward, cannot afford another loss at all mentally or physically.
