Inability to have intercourse

Despite being adequately lubricated ,insertion of anything into my vagina leads to a sharp burning sensation which lasts around 5 mins. I am currently comfortable with 2 fingers if I am really aroused ,but anything more than that is not tolerable. My partner and I are extremely frustrated and it is affecting my mental health. Please Help!
