I am experiencing high pulse rate some times, like 170 and I am afraid I will die, I am given rospitril medicine I am in trauma since long time and pyschotic

High pulse rate might be due to anxiety or it can also be some medical problem but in your case it seems more like a panic attack and anxiety. consult a psychiatrist . Also what are you taking Risperidone for and in which dosage ?
