Hello dr, I am 33 yrs old (female), last week when I did blood test in regular chk up, report shows Anti CCP (ACCP) range 40.07 RU/ml and ANTI NUCLEAR ANTIBODIES (ANA) 0.69. But I don't have join pain or bone pain, I have vitamin D deficiency (22.16 ng/ml) Is it dangerous?, do I need to visit orthopedist? Thank u
