Dear,Sir, Mam How can I improve my eye sight My squient surgery was done in 2014/15 So what I can do for it and I am sleeping 5to 6 hours in daily my hight is 5.6 and my weight is 80kg Myself also a spkes my left eye is low vision and right is little bit better please tell me exercise and other activities
