Implantation unsuccessful

In my follicular scanning everything looks normal.. all TSH n hormonial tests are normal..my husband sperm count is also average but why will implantation be unsuccessful n not able to conceive?? After ovulation when can I take the preg test? Is it too early to take after 12days ?.
