Does implantation bleeding take place before due period date or after that? My periods were late for a week and when it came it lasted for 2 days. It was kinda light. But the thing is that i had been in a lot of stress the last week and i have heard that light periods can also be caused by stress.

Implantation bleeding usually occurs 7-10 th day after fertilization ...but if your ovulation is delayed fertilization will also be delayed...it is usually on 21 st to 24 th day...in irregular cycle can be any day beyond 24 th day...patient will miss periods...do a pregnancy test and consult your gynaecologist...
