Yesterday I started spotting dark brown it turned red and then dark back to dark brown and then stops today I am bleeding a dark brown mixed with red I'm also nauseous bloated and tired my period is a week late but I've taken two pregnancy tests and they both came back negative could it be that I am just like now being able to know that I'm pregnant or is it my period

If you have had 2 negative pregnancy test then unfortunately it doesn't sound like a pregnancy implantation. Other signs such as being bloated can also fit in with a period. Take care
