I am a student who will be travelling to the US in August. I have been told to get my documents for all the immunizations that I have received. Unfortunately I have misplaced all my docs while switching houses. Now, I need a certificate from a General Physician stating that I have received all the vaccinations. Is there any GP who would help me?
